One of the company’s values is “ default to transparency.” That means Buffer goes out of their way to publish everything from their revenue and pricing to the salaries of their staff. So what does any of this have to do with Buffer? By early May, about 1,300 people had published their salaries. The movement garnered a lot of attention.
